We stayed at this site for a week on our visit to South Wales. We hadn’t been to the area before and wanted a good base convenient to the Gower Peninsular which we were to visit after our stay. We wanted to visit Cardiff city and other areas in Wales and the site provided a gateway for it. The site is very well managed, great staff wardens gave us lots of help when we needed it. Thank you for that it was very much appreciated. The facilities are good and well very cared for by the wardens, but could do with updating sometime in the near future. The location is superb, very nice grounds and by the NT Tredegar House. The cafe there has some good wholesome meals at very reasonable cost. Great for cycling and dog walking. There is a little road noise as it is located very close to the M4 and major roads, but didn’t bother us. Will happily stay again.
