A good site

We enjoyed our Easter break at T.H. As others have mentioned there is some noise from the adjacent Motorway but it's not that bad. However, we were unfortunate enough (though I suspect not as unfortunate as those on the receiving end) to have two nights where the Air Ambulance had to hover nearby to attend accidents on the Motorway. We did the bike ride from the site to Fourteen Locks and this was an "interesting" experience in a number of ways - the Transporter Bridge was fascinating as was the ride through the estates! The visitor center at Fourteen Locks was basic but welcome. It is a must for anyone visiting between now and August to visit Tredegar House and take part in the "Scaffold Tour". A rare opportunity not to be missed! It's also advisable to use the East Cardiff Park & Ride - £4 for a car and family after 8:30.
