We recently enjoyed a three night stay. The site was well laid out, and well maintained. Our pitch (hardstanding) was level, and close to a service point. Other guests were friendly and sociable, and the wardens friendly and welcoming. Covid restrictions were sensible, and appeared to be well adhered to. Military enthusiasts will be well catered for in the area. Unfortunately, our fridge decided to pack up, but it wasn’t hot enough for food to spoil. There is a large retail park, only a 20 minute drive away. Mundford, a 5 minute drive away has a nice fish & chip shop..
