Forest on your door step
We stayed here for just one night and enjoyed the forest surroundings, which are easy to access via gates around the site. Not tranquil, as there seemed to be a wood yard sawing timber in the near vacinity during my stay. But once that packed in and went home it was nice. We walked in the woods on well marked trails and saw deer as well as plenty of bird life and fauna. Picked wild raspberries.
The site was well cared for and the pitches are generous, with well placed services.
