We have used this site twice now as we love to access the forest and it's a perfect location to do so. It's clean and quiet but not best suited for families of young children. We have also been hindered by the 8pm check in time and have been asked to pitch up on the road outside minutes after 8pm because other caravanners voiced their concerns to reception that we may have been let in 'late' and disturb their peace. Although it is quiet and good for adults, my children felt they couldn't play outside as freely as they would at other sites due to the quiet atmosphere and the feeling they were being monitored by other guests. This spoilt it a bit for us. We would probably stay again but find the site too rigid for a totally relaxed break which is a shame.
