We stayed here in March as our first outing of the year but had to leave early because of the Coronavirus shut down. So we decided to come here as our first visit out after lock down! We had a pleasant couple of nights despite poor weather. Booking in was welcoming and safe. The site was pretty much full but we didnt feel crowded in any way. Facilities 3 star simply because no loo block - a positive from our perspective. For families - well you have a whole forest on your doorstep - when we were camping as a family this would have been great - who needs playgrounds? Site clean and well kept - obviously been looked after during lock down.
