Lovely quiet and peaceful site. Facilities very clean but a bit dated in my opinion. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pizza, fish and chip van and weather permitting ice cream van that visit the site on a regular basis. There wasn't a multitude of kids riding around at break neck speed which made for a pleasant change to other sites we have visited. Nice to sit and watch the rabbits feeding. The downside is the total lack of wifi and mobile phone signals. Makes life difficult when you want to keep in contact with family while away. It was quite funny watching folk walking around and standing outside their vans waggling their phones around trying to get a signal!
