The office closes here on the dot of five - it's not good to arrive after this time - the wardens shut up shop sharpish. I do agree with some of the reviews here - the shower facilities do need upgrading and the water pressure into the shower is poor in some of the cubicles. The cleanliness also isn't fab - but not because of the fault of the caravan club - but because guests using the facilities do not clear up after they have used the cubicles.  I watched as even some of the mature guests just left without even mopping their cubicles after they had used them - obviously someone elses job and not theirs - please - it's everyones! Guests also don't help by walking into the cubicles straight from taking their dogs for walks in the woods - leaving mud everywhere!  The wardens can only do so much.  We need to clean up after ourselves - it's not a hotel!  If you want someone to clear up after you - then change your holiday choices... We are new to caravanning yes - but we love it - and we clear up after ourselves - leaving things as we would expect to find them.  We just wish others did too.
