As mentioned by others we arrived to be welcomed by temporary wardens - If not mistaken 3 sets in the week butas always they melt into the background despite keeping a very clean site. However they were stretched as after the first night the top toilet block was closed and the top half of the site likewise.. For those on site this did not pose an issue and its location with Sandringham Park allows plenty of walking opportunities together with easy access to deserted Northern Beaches. One word of warning when looking for a pitch - beware of purple makers alongside white. It did not affect us but in conversation before we left it transpires these are seasonal pitches and the relief wardens did not know why the white had not been removed until realising someone had gone on a seasonal pitch and hoped there would be no need to move them
