Karen and Luke have been very friendly and so helpful when we had a problem with our electrics. Luke went above and beyond and fixed it. He would not give up until he had fixed it. It was a very busy time for the couple and they never stopped working. The site itself has very tidy grounds and pitches. The main road is noisy at times. The phone signal and broadband is nil unless you use the hotspot outside the office. We still enjoyed our trip, as you come to Rosedale for the walks and scenery.
