Misleading Website Entry/ Only Partial Refund
One of my criteria for booking this site was the bullet that stated WiFi is available. In fact this is not true (in any practical sense), and moreover there is no mobile signal either. I only found this out after paying for our stay. As it essential for me to be in touch with my elderly father and his carers this was not a state of affairs I could live with and we had to leave after 15 mins and move to a private site next door (who have taken the trouble to install wifi). I asked for a refund as we had not used the site, and had booked under a false promise, but I was only given a partial refund - one night's fee was kept back. I don't consider this honest or good customer service in any shape or form. The area is lovely and the local pub is good; but this site? Forget it unless you have no relatives or responsibilities.
