Well kept site in handy location
We stopped off at Tewkesbury for a few nights in June on our way to North Devon and Cornwall. Received a very warm welcome from the friendly wardens on this immaculate site on the edge of town. This site gives easy access to the beautiful Abbey and some lovely walks by the river (which our dogs enjoyed). Not the quietest of sites as some traffic noise from the adjoining sports ground, quarterly chimes from the Abbey clock (and calls from the Peregrine Falcon chicks on the tower of the Abbey when they got hungry - which was often).
But I'm being picky and we will certainly visit again when in the area.
Top marks for the lovely flowers and great sense of humour from the wardens!
