We had booked in for one night the last Friday in August and the fee for one night, grass pitch, no awning, two adults was £29! The warden at the gates organising new arrivals failed to smile, our grass pitch so uneven we needed to use chocks yet the site is on level ground. The site was fully booked and was cramped and chaotic, tents not now allowed. It appeared to me that the Club just wanted to cram as many fee paying customers on the site as possible. When previously I complained to the Club about reducing the size of the dog walk at Rookesbury Park to allow for camping I was told that the Club want to encourage camping and to welcome everyone....so please what is the excuse for not allowing tents at Tewkesbury?
