Positives: Superb location - so close to fascinating and attractive town and surroundings. Great walks and History. Close to Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham, all served by bus, and great for those of us with bus passes. Excellent wardens, who are friendly, helpful and maintain the facilities to a high standard Negatives: The previous criticisms of the refurbishment are all justified. The site is cramped, and getting to the excellent toilet block can involve a route march. The website says that TV reception is good. On at least part of the site that is clearly untrue. Our neighbour on one side could get 5 channels. The other side could only get ITV, and after trying two different aerials we gave up - frustrating as we were there for a lengthy stay. These drawbacks could have been avoided by better design and planning of the refurbishment.
