The "refurbishment" of this site has produced a wonderful new toilet block, BUT the rest of the works has produced a very poor site. There are only 15 (not a typo) hard standings with awning (and mainly used by outfits without awnings) so all the vans with awning are forced to pitch on grass ( If you are lucky, more likely to be a mud patch). However I note that the fully serviced pitches are the traditional gravel hard standings! The grass between and used as pitches is rough not the manicured sward normally seen on club sites. It is to be hoped that the club will have second thoughts on the pitches here.
