Lovely friendly site
We stayed for three nights in August. The staff were so friendly, we turned up on a very wet Saturday afternoon yet greeted with a smile and helpful advice. Told to pitch up and then not come to reception until the rain stopped. The site is spotless (loved the hanging baskets at reception).
Our pitch was nice and peaceful considering the site was full. Easy walk into Tewkesbury and the battle trail is well worth a visit.
A word of advice, there is only one motorhome grey waste drain in the middle of the site and if you time it wrong (about 11am for us) every other MH on the site who is also leaving is queued to empty before hitting the road. It's certainly not something that has put us off in anyway but just try to aim to beat the queues.
100% we will be back at some point as it's a great place to explore the Cotwolds from. Just a shame we were having too much of a nice time in Tewkesbury to actually want to go further afield. All the more reason to return :)
