Hell Hounds
After arriving from Black Knowl where our stay was tarnished by a neighbour's dog which incessantly barked for 3 days we were hoping for a dog free incident stay at Tewkesbury. How wrong could we be! Within an hour I'd stepped in dog muck right outside my van. When raised with a warden he cleaned it up immediately with a smile, all 4 wardens were superb. Next, the afternoon siesta was spoilt due to a cacophony of dogs barking all afternoon rounded off by a noisy neighbour's dog curtailing next morning's lay-in. Given the above is there any mileage in the Club designating pre-allocated dog zone pitches for pampered pooch owners where they can all enjoy their dogs barking together. There will be then no need for non dog owners to spend 30 minutes checking their pitch for dog excrement plus enjoying a siesta if so required plus a lie-in in the morning. Surely this is what the Club should be striving to provide as a part of it's mission statement?
