We had 3 nights at Tewkesbury and found it a great location for a short stay. The town itself is well worth exploring and there are some really interesting National Trust locations nearby. The popular Cotswold towns are also within easy reach. The various types if pitches are a bit confusing as we had never come across so many before. We ended up on a grass pitch which needed leveling front to back. Many other pitches on the grass needed leveling side to side which I tend to avoid. We had a good pitch with plenty of sunshine. The site was full and could be viewed as a bit cramped in some areas. It was a bit of a trek to the toilet block, but worth the walk as they were spotless. The cleaning of the toilet block was done in the afternoon which was much more convenient, in my opinion. TV reception was okay if you've got a good aerial. Phone reception was very good. This site is within easy reach of the M5 Motorway so is a very good place for an overnight stop.
