Having just returned from this site I felt I had to write my first ever review in 21 years of membership. Awful! The worst site I have ever come across from the club. Literally every single square metre is allocated to a pitch. It was more like a commercial site than a club site. The only few good pitches are around the fantastic new toilet block. The grass pitches were in a very poor condition and more like mud than grass. The attitude of one particular warden? (Witnessed by two onlookers who were in agreement with me) “Why did you stay then?” “If you weren't here someone else would be” “we fill it anyway” Take a good hard look at this site because your very loyal members will not put up with this for ever. Far to many pitches and some are simply ridiculous. When/if you go here when the grass pitches are closed then I should imagine it would be lovely. Positives. Locality, toilet block, some (very few) pitches.
