A good stopover
I agree with most of the other comments on here. The site is in great need of upgrading, especially the toilet blocks, which though kept clean are old and not what we are used to on a CC site. The pitches need better marking and are quite uneven. I had to get out my levelling ramp after long disuse! There is noise from Abbey Bells and some road noise but not too bad.
Having said this the Wardens are really nice and it is a good stopover for travelling up or down the M5 and it was nice to look over the town and Abbey.
