Me, my husband and our dog stayed here recently and were very very impressed with the site. It is set out on a couple of different levels, and doesn't feel very big because of the way in which the pitches are laid out, as the pitching areas are broken up into small groups, and because there are a lot of trees and shrubs planted. The meadow with the main dog walking area is fantastic, and was also used by non dog owners because it was such a nice area in which to walk. The site staff were brilliant, happy to answer any questions and offer advice about the area, but otherwise got on with looking after the site and keeping it looking good. We have a motorhome and decided to hire a car from Enterprise. We hadn't done this before, but were pleasantly surprised both with the cost and the door to door service. Finally, we can recommend the fish and chip van that comes to the site on a Wednesday and Friday evenings.. They are delicious!
