It is the first time we have been to Sutton on Sea and we will be back but not during the school holidays. Sutton is a lovely little place with a great atmosphere. However it would not be for you if you are looking for restaurants and bars.The wardens were lovely and friendly. The facilities were some of the best we have used. The site was for the most part lovely and quiet. But like some of the other reviewers our first two nights were spoilt by a large party who were very noisy. The parties near us with children were not a problem but there was a small number of children running around the site unsupervised even when it was dark. We observed these children running across and behind pitches, over electric cables and guy ropes, past barbecues and dogs without a thought. The wardens were speaking to children, if they saw them, about how they could hurt themselves or others but the wardens cannot be everywhere.
