We came again for the May spring bank holiday, fortunately the weather was slightly better than last time when it snowed, we were also happy to find we had the same pitch as before, which was spoilt slightly by people cutting across our pitch and kids running around throwing pebbles from the pitches. The wardens are very nice and hard working, we feel the large trees need cutting down as it restricts the light and enjoyment of some of the pitches. I was surprised to see some of the pitches looking tatty with weed growth. Walking into Sutton is possible by the main road or a couple of the side roads,it approx a two mile walk. The site wc block is tired and in need of some attention, but is clean, I question the qty of facilities as when its busy it can be a problem. One thing that annoys me and must annoy the wardens is the state some members leave the showers and toilets, one does wonder how clean their own home must be, And why do people leave empty shower gel bottles in the showers? do they think fairies turn up and clean up. Do not get me started on dog barking, why do people think its ok for their dogs to continually bark while the owners sit in the caravan ? Anyway moan over, great site with great wardens, great location, just a few inconsiderate members.
