Lovely site, spacious and well laid out. Previous reviewers have commented upon shops and facilities being within walking distance .....mmm - this couple of old stagers drove! Sutton on Sea has a lovely promenade, a good Spar and a selection of nice cafes and restaurants. The site's toilet block needs modernisation but is clean and well kept. When we were there probably only about 25 - 30 outfits shared the site. The toilet block coped easily - not so sure that it would cope so well with 110 pitches occupied. The managers were wonderful; friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. We're novices and the thought of towing in the high winds of 31 March 15 was daunting. The duty managers arranged for us to keep our van there until we were able to return to collect it.
