Really lovely stay

Stayed here in May, lovely wardens, very cheery, lovely to speak to, couldn't fault them. Found a hardstanding near the play area which is in a cul-de-sac & it was heaven, so peaceful. The wardens cut the grass on a regular basis, even trimming the hedge grass, again, can't fault it. People say the shower block is looking dated, well so am I, but I still function! It's fine, it's clean, it works, what more do you want! A short walk into Sutton-on-sea, a longer walk along the promenade to Mablethorpe is a must. Eateries are few & far between sadly. We had a bad experience in the Fat Seagull, but then found a gem at Lady B's Cupcakery in Mablethorpe, a must for anyone who likes a lovely tea room with gorgeous homemade cakes & cheesecakes! You're a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, it's a nice part of Lincolnshire [bar Skegness!] so give it a try.
