We visit this site 3-4 times a year, but this time I had the worse visit ever. 4 Travelling families were on the site and made it very difficult to enjoy or feel safe on the site. Their dog kept barking and it's mess was not cleaned up. The amenities (showers etc) were left in a bad state. A yellow transit van was continually going around the site as the person was using the laundry facilities as a business, and I was unable to do my washing due to it being in constant use. It was very clear that these people were living in their vans/caravans which is not the purpose of the site. Even to be told that the family were coming back to hopefully have her baby born there. I think it is up to the Area Manager to tackle these problems as the site wardens appear to be unable to do anything about it. I will now have to contact the wardens before coming to stay on this site. What a shame the Caravan Club do not tackle this problem as the site will soon be over run. This is not what I pay my membership for. Otherwise the site is usually a very well run site and I would have given it 5 stars all round.
