This was a lovely clean site, well set out and the staff were all very friendly. Some nice walks round the loch and in the woods BUT it is NOISY. It is bordered on two sides by major roads, which is obvious from the map in the Site Book, but it doesn't seem to quiet down at night and the noise from generators which are used to power lights to the nearby house is horrendous at night. Unfortunately, this is not a site I would reccommend for an extended stay, HOWEVER, if you are travelling North to South, or South to North and need an overnight stop, this would be ideal as it is close to the M74 and there are two good eateries within walking distance.
