stayed here for 3 nights, Yes you can hear the traffic during the day and it is a constant hum but quietens off quite a bit on a night and never disturbed my sleep. Great site for exploring Glasgow, I used the park and ride train service from Bellshill 1.5 miles from the site which had free parking and was £4.50 return to the city centre and took 18 mins. The supermarkets and petrol stations are all within a few minutes drive. The site is in Strathclyde country park which is great for walking or water sports also there is a theme park next door and also a Toby carvery pub just over the road. The site itself was very tidy and the facilities very clean.
