This was the first stop on our grand tour of Scotland. We booked 4 nights as we wished to visit Glasgow and the surrounding areas. The site staff were excellent hosts, making suggestions of places to visit and had good local knowledge of what was available. They clearly pride themselves as the site was in beautiful condition and the facilities spotless. there were some issues for others on site complaining of traffic noise, well for the uninitiated the site is on the junction of two major motorways, this is very obvious when booking so why complain, they will not remove the motorways! This was a great start to our holiday on a gem of a site, well done the staff at Strathclyde, a credit to the club.
