This is an excellent site - we were down from the Highlands, travelling with our dogs, and overnighting between a conference half an hour away north and a day of shopping at Braehead; so this made the perfect stopover location for us. A very warm and cheery welcome from the temporary winter wardens - a well kept site with fabulous, warm and clean facilities too. Great dog walking and rambling just across the way on Strathclyde Country Park and the Toby Inn carvery, just a short walk away, hit the spot perfectly after a day of talking/listening and travelling! Just off the motorway and easy to find - there was a background drone from the traffic, as you would expect, but this didn't disturb our sleep or our enjoyment of the site. We'll definitely be back.
