If, like us, you want a base to walk your dogs, you cannot get a more picturesque place to stay. The site is immaculately neat and tidy with friendly helpful staff around. The wifi was not working when we were there and mobile coverage is poor, much to our teenagers dismay. However it did mean we had enjoyable evenings playing cards or backgammon which made a nice change from their usual state of being "plugged in". We have friends who live near by who recommended this site to us when we said we wanted to bring the caravan down for a few days. Will definitely return again despite the 5 hour drive to get there.
