We stayed at Queen Elizabeth site for a week in April 2019, First impressions were slightly disappointing as it is close to some houses but we needn't have worried. This is a lovely, quiet site, even with quite a lot of children on site. The wardens could be seen regularly going about their job cutting grass, weeding pitches emptying bins etc. and always with a smile and a friendly greeting. The Bay Chippy lived up to it's reputation of being one of the best!! The Fish and Chips were the best I've had in a long time!!! Stonehaven is a nice town and Dunottar Castle is well worth the walk.
