Visited at the end of October, later than intended because the wardens told us the amenity block would not be fully open during our first booked dates. The resident staff and trades folk still working on site were all friendly and helpful. Everything is pristine of course but the amenity block is still designed to an old standard. Surely not enough sinks/showers/toilets for peak periods. The shower cubicles are very basic. Folks are walking across the grass, even across other pitches to get to the amenity block through a lack of footpaths, already wearing some areas on the newly laid turf. However, the positives easily outweigh these drawbacks. Such a convenient location in an attractive holiday area
