First trip in a motorhome and thankful for the gracious, unpatronising help from the wardens.
The only downside for this site is the lack of hook up but now we understand why.
This is a gem of a site, nicely close to a fascinating town with so many transport possibilities. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we found lots to do and places to visit by bus, boat or on foot.
Steamer Quay was very well maintained and the facilities were clean and adequate. So sad that it may not remain a site for the future.
