5 Star location abused by members who either don’t clean up after themselves or abide by notices to the public.
First time visit and went for the Jubilee weekend. St David’s is a 25 minute walk away or a bus ride which appears every 30 minutes …. Did both during stay. Also walked a 9km route around the local scenic area taking in fields, hills, coastlines and beaches….stunning. Site is all grass and spacious pitches provide the peace and quiet adequately, that is unless near by C&MC members have sent their kids over to play ball in front of you. The “No Ball Games” signs were everywhere by the way!
Toilet blocks were sparkling post the daily cleaning work done on them however it is surprising how many of the C&MC members these days feel it unnecessary to leave facilities how they find them ie clean up after themselves. It was noticed by me in the Gents but from what my wife tells me, it would appear that the Ladies were worse……sadly this also appears to be the case in other C&MC sites too…..unfortunately.
Please clean up after yourselves and your kids and take note of the signs left around at specific sites rather than ignoring them!
Great site, would definitely go again but hope I don’t book the same time as the grotty members that booked over this Jubilee weekend……you know who you are!
