Great site but hold onto your awnings
First visit to this site and had a lovely warm welcome from the wardens. You can order your daily papers, croissants, pain chocolat and bread so this is a great service for convenience. Lovely walk into St. davids, but sadly for us our dogs could not use the white sands beach due to restrictions, which we were aware of. A beach approx 2 and half miles on the coastal walk was dog friendly but quite difficult to access due to stoney decline. We used it once and it is a lovely Cove. We used Cae fai beach which was lovely for the dogs but a drive away for us. Great butcher in St Davids. However, disappointed that there is no wifi on site, the commercial site next door has it and I use Caravan club wifi so totally useless for sadly. I use wifi very often for researching the areas visited. The bishops arms in st davids is available to use when necessary. We had great weather over the 7 days stay except for high winds and 36 hrs of rain at the end of our visit. It is exposed but beautiful so use your common sense on your using your awning.
