A truly beautiful site
This was our first visit here and we arrived on the August bank holiday weekend when the site was full! Luckily we managed to get pitch 27 which had amazing views and was nice and peaceful.
We had a warm welcome and was looked after by the lovely team of wardens who happily gave us information on walks and boat trips throughout the week. They are a true credit to this site.
The toilet facilities were always clean and quiet despite the site being full.
The walks from the sight are plentiful and truly spectacular. We walked the coastal path to St Justinians and then on to St David's quite a few times.
Whilst the beach at whitesands has a dog restriction during the summer months the smaller bay a short walk along the coastal path towards St Justinians is beautiful and perfect for everyone!
The hop on bus service which I believe only runs in the summer months is fab and extremely good value for money and stops right outside the site.
The roads around the site are rather tight and would stress that you plan your route carefully and follow the site book directions!
I would thoroughly recommend this site and look forward to staying here again.
