A Cornwall Experience
We arrived with a thick sea mist engulfing the site, rather spooky! Once it cleared it revealed a lovely quiet site with magnificent views from every pitch. As you know from other reviews you will be welcomed by really knowledgeable wardens. You will have a great choice of pitches although you will need to spend time levelling up. You could easily spend everyday sitting looking at the view but if you feel the need to move, St Agnes Beacon, St Agnes village and all the old National Trust tin mines are all short walks from the site. We enjoyed walking along the coastal path to Trevaunance Cove, it took about an hour but really easy walking and amazing views. We were tempted to go on to Perranporth but chickened out! Not really ideal for children who look for more action but if you want to relax in a beautiful coastal area then you should book a pitch straight away!
