We are pretty new to caravanning and have only used Caravan Club sites so far. On our arrival to Southport I was greeted by a pretty miserable lady who was very unwilling to help….. did not talk me through the site map like every other site we have stayed at. Dismissed every question that I had asked and we definitely did not feel welcomed! We decided to stay an extra night as family were also staying in another caravan and I went to reception to pay to be told by the same lady in a very rude manner…. ‘your booking is not linked, come back tomorrow’. Facilities good apart from the cold showers 🥶 I had no problems with any other staff members. Not really sure I’d like to stay here again 🤷🏻‍♀️
