Are the  new site staff there for the whole 2019 season?

When we went in mid December for 15 nights the Wardens saidd they were new. Never had a problem with the wardens in the previous 7 or so years 

Normally on all year sites the wardens work an 8 or 10 month contract, then the extra months of cover required are either 1×2 month or 2 ×2month contacts as site staff (if info correct)can only be contracted for 10 months max
