Great place for the seaside
Just taken our 7 year old granddaughter to this site. She had loads of things to do within a close distance - Windmill farm, Farmer Ted's, Ainsdale beach, Southport Funfare, Splashworld, Turbury Woods birds etc.
It would be nice to know in advance when Victoria Park (the main walking route to the town and supermarket), is closed for the annual Flower Show.
We found the wardens very friendly and helpful, and they kept the site very clean and tidy - full marks and a big "thank you".
