We stayed for a week at the end of August, a first visit and certainly not our last. A great site, the usual Caravan Club standards were very evident and much appreciated. Staff were helpful and not intrusive. Definitely will return even though we are local to this area (40 miles away is local !). We brought 1 of the grandchildren and although there are no childrens facilities on site, Southport is such a lovely resort we were never at a loss for things to do. The weather being fabulous helps of course. I have a walking disability and the provisions made for disabled campers is always 1st class on the Club Sites and this was no exception. Much appreciated.
