I wonder what the wardens version of these "problems?"is

As the customer and the people who pay their wages,  what their version of events is irrelevant. Might be an idea if they looked at the bigger picture before jumping in with both feet !

The wardens' version is far from irrelevant!

Clearly, you have not read the Community Guidelines regarding reviews, Merioneth, or you would have realised the inappropriateness of making such comments here where only one side of the story can be published and would have addressed the complaints to the club instead.

 Our comments have certainly opened a can of worms Tinwheeler. But thank you for your reply. With all due respect you should not assume that we have  not already addressed the complaints with the club. We appreciate that there are rules and regulations that need to be adhered to when running a large establishment but as paying customers the way we are approached and spoken to on this occasions is not what one would expect. Very sorry if we have ruffled a few feathers, I'm sure it's a one off as whenever we have visited the site previously the staff have been extremely helpful,polite and most welcoming,we were just expressing our feelings with regards to our recent stay. We love the site,have been many times and will continue to visit for as long as we are able.

In case you are not aware ,all wardens on club site are members of the club,and so a comment like"we pay their wages"is not called for,most are not on industry-leading  saleries for the stress that that they receive from some non compliant members when "advised"of the rules that all members sign up to on joining
