We booked a 1 night stop over at this site on our 2 week tour of Wales as somewhere to stop on our way from south to north in the "big blue bus" as our blue transit camper van has become affectionately known. What a lovely little site - made by the friendly and welcoming couple running the site. They were incredibly helpful in their knowledge of the surrounding area and the best places for us to visit in the van for a couple of hours - they were able to tell us where we would be able to park - sometimes a bit of a headache for us when we are visiting somewhere new. The site itself is small and well run with good clean basic facilities. You do need transport or to be a keen walker to get anywhere - which is why the local knowledge about parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend this site - one of the most welcoming and friendly we have visited.
