Worst experience in my all my years caravanning. Stay was September 2023 arrived at 2pm Struggled to find a pitch even though we had pre booked pitch with awning months ahead. Only pitch left that was totally unsuitable for a caravan with awning. One male Warden & his wife were very rude & unhelpful. Facilities are quite frankly disgusting, shower cubicle panels split cracked & Chunks of the plastic are missing, pipes corroded, broken floor tiles in showers & loos. Water points very tatty with rotting boards, you pay for “flagship” facilities, but club & pool hardly ever open. Litter & cigarette ends strewn around the site. Staff attitudes to club members is shockingly poor. Overall, Very expensive & horrible 🤢 WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SITE

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our Seacroft CAMC site. Though, it is always disappointing to read that one of our guests has been left disappointed with any element of their time at one of our sites.

We can only apologise that you did not receive the level of service you have come to expect as a CAMC member. The site staff team at Seacroft this year are different to those that were there last year and, as we have received glowing reviews of the current team there, we know they do a great job running this site. With regards to the facilities at Seacroft, we know they are in need of some more detailed refurbishment, rather than simply touching up and we're really hopefully this will be coming soon, we just can't give an exact date at this stage - please do keep an eye on our website and this page for further news from time to time for what is coming next in our plans.
