We were disappointed with this site. One of the pictures shows a sea view from the site. There was certainly no sea view from the area our caravan was sited. In fact there is a busy road between the site and the tracks that lead down to the beach. The site itself is tight , the pitches are small and cramped and it lacks character. The pool is very small for such a big site and it was expensive to stay. On the plus side the site is a short walk to Cromer. The staff were very friendly and the club house good for kids if you have any. Not our cup of tea unfortunately.
