Seacroft
We enjoyed a second stay at Seacroft, this time round we noticed the bar and restaurant had improved, the menu was better and so was the seating so our meal seemed better too! We were only there for a few nights but booked a serviced pitch which proved to be worth the extra money and we had a sea view too.
We had time to take the coastal bus to Cley Nature Reserve where there is a good visitor centre and cafe, it was a bit chilly out on the marshes but we saw a variety of wild fowl. On another day we walked into Cromer and took the train to Norwich, good value train tickets and nice modern trains. Norwich has some beautiful buildings including the cathedral where we spent most of our time, a lot of walking involved, the signage is confusing if you don't know the area and roadworks get in the way! Our final night was spent on Cromer Pier, seeing the first night of the Christmas Show, a lovely old theatre, decked out in festive lights, a nice end to our visit.
