Return Visit to Cromer

Seacroft seems to becoming a popular site for us as I think this is now our third visit. It is a very good site if you have a motorhome as you can leave it onsite if you wish and either walk from the site or use the regular bus service from immediately outside the entrance. Cromer and Sheringham are both worth a visit. We don't usually take our motorhome off site but on this occasion we did make the short journey to Felbrigg Hall which has good road access and also has motorhome friendly parking and is well worth a visit. Seacroft is one of a small number of Club sites with a restaurant/bar. We enjoyed and nice meal in the restaurant, just wished more sites had this facility. We booked a serviced pitch simply to guarantee a hardstanding pitch as this site has more standard grass pitches that standard hardstanding. Apparently the grass pitches are always closed on the 1st October, why on earth don't the Club publicise this? It would of saved me a few quid. I do really think the Club need to create more hardstanding pitches as generally the grass pitches are unsuitable for motorhome or if this not possible allow us to book pitch surface as the C&CC does. Good to see that the motorhome waste point near to reception has been converted to an open grill design. Time of visit late October.
