Given that it happened on a Sunday, the club has had 5 days including today. They really can’t risk saying anything until they’ve spoken to the warden and thoroughly investigated the incident. Anyone with the slightest knowledge of our legal system will appreciate the need not to say something which might prejudice the outcome. However, a simple acknowledgement would be in order.

PF, You don’t say if you have contacted the club yourself or if you are simply waiting for the warden to make his report. I’d urge you to contact the club in writing as it’s very unlikely anyone at HQ will see your comments here in this site review. 

What’s more, his report will probably go to his regional manager who will eventually pass it up the chain of command.

I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for any action from the club they never seem interested in any complaints whatsoever they should realize by now that members read these reviews and act on them accordingly bad publicity never bothers them.
