Decided to have a weekend somewhere different and wanted to visit Salisbury and this site fitted the bill. Warm welcome when we arrived and went for a walk round to find a suitable pitch. This site is brilliantly laid out on the side of a valley and at most theres maybe 5 units together (except at the very top). We found a hardstand down the bottom of the site and got a magnificent view across the valley. You can hear traffic as it passes by but it's not intense and just distant background noise. Be aware there is only one facilities block and this is by the site office at the top of the hill, so be aware if your maybe mobility challenged. As usual facilities spotless and showers nice and hot (and adjustable). Convieniant for Salisbury and surrounding areas. We used the P&R into Salisbury a fantastic city with the cathedral and the pleasant city itself, also nearby Sarum Castle worthy of a visit.  I hardly ever sleep in, but it was that peaceful I eventually woke to the birds singing 3 hours later than I'd normally awake - it's that relaxing! Will we go again - you bet!
